- Closure of Metaverse-xchange.com
- Force majeure situation / crash on the cryptocurrency markets
- Arrest of company founder
- Death of company founder
- Hacker attacks
- Fraudulent operations inside company
- Providing fraud / fake information for investors
- War, civil unrest, mass disorder in the country of investment
Apply compensation Rules:
Please pay attention to the insurance projects's status. Only after these insurance projects' status changed "NOT PAYING”, then you may apply insurance compensation.
- Please apply compensation request within 14 days after the project’s status was changed to "NOT PAYING”; you CAN NOT request compensation if the status was changge to "NOT PAYING” more than 14 days .
- Please write an email to insurance@Metaverse-xchange.com within 14 days. Insurance Broker will send to you compensation form with all required info .
- You will receive a response to the application by e-mail within 14 days of the application.
- Remember, deposits made for "Package 3" are handled first.
